It's off the menu and has to be ordered at least a day in advance, but the Hong Kong Fish at the Flying Fish cafe on the Boardwalk is an amazing fresh local yellowtail snapper coated in batter and fried whole. There's even a chef's counter in the kitchen so curious diners can see the action.

Tired of all the Nescafe coffee on Disney properties? Head to a Joffrey's Coffee kiosk. They are a bit harder to find but you can get high quality coffee from Colombia, Ethiopia and El Salvador. They sell more than 124 premium blends and roast their beans locally.
There are several in Epcot, and they may also be found at coffee carts in Animal Kingdom, some resorts (Contemporary is one), and other spots. Ask around.

Disney will not use the loudspeakers to announce anything (including lost children) lest they interrupt the atmosphere for the rest of the guests. The only possible exception to the rule is for extreme emergencies or deaths.
